Welcome to Vernon Township Fire & EMS!
It's truly a privilege to serve as your Fire Chief and to lead the incredible men and women of our department. You'll see their dedication shine through our core values: Integrity, Accountability, Service, and Community. Our diverse team is deeply committed to partnering with you, our community, to ensure Vernon Township is a safe and welcoming place to live, work, and visit.
From our two stations, we respond to a wide range of emergencies, including medical calls, vehicle crashes, structure fires, hazardous material incidents, technical rescues, and public assistance needs. Yet, our mission extends far beyond emergency response. We're passionate about public education and preventing injuries, reaching out through community events, building inspections, plan reviews, media campaigns, and visits to schools and businesses.
We believe that serving you is our purpose. As you explore our website, we invite your comments and questions—they help us improve and serve you better. Thank you for taking the time to learn about your fire department!
